Jon McKinney is a current commissioner of the West Virginia Public Service Commission. He was appointed to a six year term in August 2005.[1]

Biography

McKinney graduated from the University of Kentucky with a BS in chemical engineering and from the University of West Florida with a master in business administration. Before assuming his position on the commission, he worked for Monsanto Company in manufacturing, R&D and marketing. He also served as chairman of the Chemical Industry Committee for West Virginia for 8 years.[1]
