Joseph Hooe was a Republican candidate for District 12A of the Maryland House of Delegates. The primary election was on September 14, 2010 and the general election was on November 2.

Hooe ran against David Aughenbaugh, Brian Matulonis and Albert Nalley in the September 14 primary, coming in first.

Hooe came in third in the general election on November 2, 2010, losing to Democratic incumbents Steven DeBoy, Sr. and James Malone, Jr..[1]
