Joseph P. Silvestri was a 2012 Libertarian candidate who sought election to the U.S. House representing the 4th Congressional District of Nevada.
Silvestri was defeated by Democratic candidate Steven Horsford on November 6, 2012.[1]
Biography
Silvestri grew up on Long Island, New York. After obtaining his B.A. from SUNY at New Paltz and his M.A. from SUNY at Stonybrook, Silvestri moved to Las Vegas in 1997. He currently works for the Clark County school district as a geography teacher. He also works as a realtor for Realty Success Systems, Ltd. [2]
