Joseph Parisi is a Democratic member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing the 48th District since 2004. Prior to his election he served as Dane County Clerk from 1996-2004.

Parisi earned a BA in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He is a former member of Atwood Community Center and Operation Fresh Start.[1]
