Joseph Vitale has been a Democratic member of the New Jersey Senate since 1998. Bills that have been sponsored by Senator Vitale include Senate Bill 1 and Senate Bill 51.[1]
Vitale graduated from John F. Kennedy High School and grew up in Woodbridge, New Jersey.[2]
In addition to being a senator, Vitale is the president of Vitale Sign Corporation. Prior to his election to the state senate, Vitale was also the former chairman of the Woodbridge Township Democratic Party from 1992 to 1997.[3]
