Juan Pichardo (b. October 21, 1966) has been a Democratic member of the Rhode Island State Senate. Pichardo joined the Rhode Island State Senate in 2002. He has served in that position since. He is currently the Deputy Majority Leader, representing the 2nd district.

Pichardo was in the United States Air National Guard. He currently works at Rhode Island Hospital.

Pichardo earned his AA in Liberal Arts from the Community College of Rhode Island in 1992. He went on to receive his AA in Audio Visual in 2001. He is currently attending Rhode Island College, studying Political Science.

Pichardo won re-election in District 2. He was unopposed in the Democratic primary on September 11, 2012. Pichardo defeated Ramon A. Perez (I) and Luis E. Pimentel (I) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1]
