Fisher joined the Utah State House of Representatives in 2005 and represented the 17th district until her resignation in July of 2011. She resigned in order to head the Utah Department of Community and Culture.[1]
Fisher has worked as a Television Broadcaster and homemaker.
Fisher earned her BA in Journalism from Indiana University in 1980.
