Julie Harhart (b. August 7, 1945) is a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 183.

Harhart attended Bethlehem Business School in 1965. She then graduated from the Dale Carnegie Course in 1993.

Harhart has worked as a Chiropractic Assistant. In 1990, she was a Volunteer Coordinator for State Representative Bob Nyce. She then worked as Manager for Representative Robert Nyce's District Office from 1990 to 1994. She also worked as a Manager/Constituent Liaison for the 183rd District Legislative Aide Office during this time.

Harhart was a Tax Collector for North Catasauqua from 1980 to 1990. She then joined the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1995. She has served in that position since, representing the 183rd District.

Harhart won re-election to the 183rd District Seat in 2010. She was unopposed in the May 18 Republican primary and defeated Green Rex D'Agostino in the general election on November 2, 2010.[3]
