Biography
Frazer earned her B.A. in English from Stetson University in 1956; M.A. in English from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in 1958; and Ph.D. in English from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in 1964. Her professional experience includes working as a professor of English at Western Illinois University; assistant professor of English at Millikin University; instructor of English at the University of Wisconsin, Madison; instructor of English at Mercer University; and English teacher at Terry Parker Junior-Senior High School.

Frazer won re-election in the 2012 election for New Hampshire House of Representatives, Merrimack 13. Frazer was unopposed in the September 11 primary and was unopposed in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]

On November 2, 2010 Frazer won election to the New Hampshire House of Representatives.
Frazer advanced past the September 14 primary election. She faced incumbent Mary Gile (D), incumbent Stephen Shurtleff (D), incumbent Frances Potter (D), Carrie McGee (R), and Myril Cox (R) in the November 2 general election.
