The K-12 School District Receivership Study Committee is a standing committee of the Arizona Legislature.
Committees of the Arizona State Legislature are governed by the Arizona Revised Statutes. Committees may be chosen by each chamber's presiding officer or have specific members as outlined in the statutes.

This committee serves the following functions:
- causes of school district financial miscalculation of budgets;
- the role and responsibility of the school districts, the Department of Education, the County School Superintendent and the County Treasurer in the issuance and registration of school district warrants; and
- the possible extension of school district receivership statutes.
