|“||Shall the City of Kalamazoo Transit Authority Board, County of Kalamazoo, Michigan levy a new millage, an amount not to exceed Sixty Cents ($0.60) per thousand dollars ($1,000) (0.6 mills) of the Taxable Value of all taxable property in the City of Kalamazoo for a period of three years for 2013, 2014 and 2015, to provide public transportation services? If approved and levied in its entirety in 2013 this millage would raise approximately $1,024,425 for the Transit Authority.||”|
