Biography
Prior to his appointment, he served as the direct of the Department of Finance for Maui County. He also previously worked for the Kapalua Land Co. and Kamehameha Schools. While at the Kamehameha Schools, he worked in the government relations, budget and financial planning, and internal audit departments.[2]
