She previously served in the Washington State House of Representatives from 1989 to 1992, on the Lacey City Council from 1973 to 1980, mayor of the City of Lacey from 1976 to 1980, and commissioner for Thurston County from 1981-1988.[1]
Biography
Fraser earned her BA in Sociology from the University of Washington in 1966. She went on to receive her Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Washington in 1969.
Fraser has worked as a professor of Public Administration at The Evergreen State College since 1999.[2]
