To recall Arciszewski, supporters had to collect valid signatures equal to 25% of the number of persons who voted in the last preceding election for the office of governor within the electoral district of the officer sought to be recalled. Each signer had to be a qualified voter within the district represented by Arciszewski, and the address of each signer had to be located within her district.
