Kelly Flynn (b. October 4, 1954) is a Republican member of the Montana House of Representatives, representing District 68 since 2011.

Flynn earned his bachelor's degree in English and physical education from Western Montana College in 1977.

On November 2, 2010 Flynn won election to the Montana House of Representatives. Flynn defeated Terry Bannan in the June 8 primary by a margin of 1,473-654. She faced Robert Brastrup (D) in the November 2 general election.
