Kelly M. Burke (b. December 17, 1951) is a Democratic member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing District 36 since 2011.

Burke is a staff attorney at Saint Xavier University. Previously, she practiced law privately, specializing in family and insurance law. She also clerked for two circuit court judges and was a legislative aide for former state Representative Andrew J. McGann. Burke earned her B.A. from the University of Illinois and her J.D. from John Marshall Law School. She and her husband, Terry, have three children.

Burke won re-election in the 2012 election for Illinois House of Representatives District 36. Burke was opposed in the March 20 Democratic primary and defeated Bob Shelstrom (R) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2][3]
