Kelly Meigs is a former Republican member of the Kansas House of Representatives, representing District 23 from 2010 to 2015. Meigs did not seek re-election in 2014.


Meigs earned her B.S. in Elementary Education from Evangel University in 1987. Her professional experience includes working as a teacher.[1]
