Ken Mangan was a Democratic candidate for District 5 of the New York State Assembly. The primary election was on September 14, 2010, and the general election was on November 2.

Mangan defeated incumbent Ginny Fields in the Democratic primary on September 14, but Fields secured the nomination of the Independence and Working Families parties.[1] Both Mangan and Fields were defeated by Alfred Graf (R) in the general election on November 2. [2]
