Proposition 1, Office Term Limitation was on the October 6, 2009 ballot ballot in Kenai Peninsula Borough.
This proposition sought to limit the term of office of the borough assembly to two consecutive office terms or any portion of a term that a person is a member of the assembly.
Unofficial results: This measure was passed with a vote of 52.90% in favor.[1]
