Education
Bingham earned his BS in Civil Engineering from the University of South Carolina in 1984.
Professional experience
Bingham has worked as vice president of Hercules Contractors and Engineers Inc. from 1984 to the present. He has also been the owner of American Engineering Consultants since 1994.
Political experience
Bingham served on the Board of Trustees of Lexington School District 2 from 1996 to 2000. He then joined the South Carolina House of Representatives in 2001. He has served in that position since, representing the 89th District. He currently serves as House Majority Leader.
