King ran in the 2012 election for New Mexico House of Representatives District 15. He was defeated by Christopher T. Saucedo in the Republican primary on June 5, 2012.[1] Incumbent William O'Neill (D) is not running for re-election. The general election took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3]
