Kenneth John Gonzales is a judge for the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico. He joined the court in 2013 after a nomination from President Barack Obama. At the time of nomination, he was a United States Attorney for the District of New Mexico.

Gonzales was commissioned with the United States Army Reserve in 2001. He is currently a Major in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps.

Gonzales was appointed on November 15, 2012 by Barack Obama to a seat on the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico vacated by Bruce Black. Obama commented on the nomination:
