Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages and spirituous liquor be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of ten a.m. and midnight by Laziza Restaurant LTD dba Laziza, an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit who is engaged in the business of fine dining at 195 E. Erie Street, Kent, Ohio 44240 in this precinct?
