Proposition 2, Creation of General Obligations Bond was on the October 6, 2009 ballot in Ketchikan Gateway Borough.
This proposition will create a bond amounting in $23,500,000 to fund the building, construction and equipping of a new aquatic center which would replace the current Mike Smithers pool. The bond would mature in 30 years.
Unofficial results: This proposition passed with a vote of 60.53% in favor.[1]
