Kevin Levitas was a Republican member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing the 82nd District from 2007-2011. He did not seek re-election in 2010.

Levitas is an attorney and the Vice President of Hill Manufacturing, Incorporated. He previously worked as DeKalb County Prosecutor, Special Assistant United States Attorney, and Legislative Assistant to Speaker of the United States House of Representatives.

Levitas is a member of the American Jewish Committee, Anti-Defamation League, Northlake Community Alliance, Tucker Business Association, Southeast Region Anti-Defamation League Board of Directors, and the Tucker Civic Association.[1]
