Kevin McDugle was a 2012 Republican candidate for District 39 of the Oklahoma State Senate. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1988-1996. He earned his bachelor's from Southern Nazarene University. He founded the Lawyer Marketing Services and John C. Maxwell Team.[1]


McDugle supports prayer in school, the Second Amendment and is pro-life. He supports education reform, including eliminating teacher tenure. McDugle envisions Oklahoma becoming a self-sufficient state that does not require assistance from the federal government. He wants to lower taxes and decrease spending. He does not support Obama's health care bill.[2]

McDugle ran in the 2012 election for Oklahoma Senate District 39. McDugle was defeated by incumbent Brian Crain in the June 26 Republican primary.[3][4][5][6][7]
