Kirill Reznik (b. August 9, 1974) is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 39. He was first appointed to the chamber on October 2, 2007. Beginning in the 2015 session, Reznik serves as a Deputy Majority Whip.


Reznik's professional experience includes working as Manager of Finance and Administration for The QED Group, Limited Liability Company, Contracts Administrator for PADCO, Associate with Weinberg & Jacobs, Senior Task Coordinator of Advanced Resource Technologies, Incorporated, and Owner of Saminchilu Martial Arts Academy.

Elections for the office of Maryland House of Delegates took place in 2014. A primary election took place on June 24, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was February 25, 2014. Incumbents Charles Barkley, Kirill Reznik and Shane Robinson were unopposed in the Democratic primary, while Gloria Chang, Xiangfei Cheng and Al Phillips were unopposed in the Republican primary. Barkley, Reznik and Robinson defeated Chang, Cheng and Phillips for three seats in the general election.[1][2][3]

Reznik ran for re-election for the 39th District in 2010. In the September 14 primary, he faced incumbent Charles Barkley, Robert Hydorn, Arthur Jackson, Tony Puca, and Shane Robinson. He came in second and advanced to the general election on November 2, where he faced Republicans Jim Pettit, Al Phillips and Bill Witham. Reznik successfully won re-election, coming in second.[4]
