Kirk Schuring (b. September 17, 1952) is a Republican member of the Ohio House of Representatives, representing District 51 from 2011 to 2013, and District 48 since January 1, 2013. Schuring also served in the Ohio State House of Representatives from 1993 to 2002. He was also a candidate for the United States House of Representatives, District 16, in 2008. He joined the Ohio State Senate in 2003 and served in that position until 2011.

Schuring worked for a Family Insurance Agency from 1978 to 1993.

Schuring received his Diploma from Perry High School. He then attended Kent State University.

Schuring won re-election in the 2012 election for Ohio House, District 48. Schuring was unopposed in the March 6 Republican primary election and defeated Amanda Trump (D) and John Deagan (L) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1]
