He has worked as Managing Member of the Roughrider Group Limited Liability Company since 1994, and in 1999 he became the owner of the company.
Jennings was a Corpsman Third Class in the United States Navy from 1972 to 1975. After his Navy service, Jennings went on to work in Sales and Management for Squire Whitehouse, Cudd Pressure Control, and Otis Engineering from 1980 to 1989. He went on to work in Special Projects for the Geophysical Research Company Amerada Guage Company from 1989 to 1994.[1]
