Kris Amundson was a Democratic member of the Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 44 from 2000-2010. In June 2009 she announced she would not be seeking re-election because of financial reasons.[1]

Amundson is a writer and the President of KJ Communications. Prior to her election to the House, she served on the Fairfax County School Board from 1991-1999.[2]
