2012
Davis was running in the 2012 election for Illinois House of Representatives District 26. Davis was running against Christian Mitchell and Kenny Johnson in the Democratic primary on March 20, 2012, but he withdrew from the race on December 20, 2011.[1] No candidates filed to run in the Republican primary. The general election took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3]
