Twelve Lake Alfred City Charter Amendment measures were on the April 5, 2011 ballot in the city of Lake Alfred, which is in Polk County.

All twelve measures were approved[1]

These twelve measures sought to change a variety of issues in the Charter, significantly one sought to make it so that people wanting to run for city commission must live in the city a year before doing so. Another sought to make it so that a vacant position must be filled with an election rather than an appointment by the commission. Final consideration of these amendments occurred at the January meeting of the commission.[2]
