A Lake Tahoe Unified school district, Measure G, bond measure appeared on the November 4, 2008 ballot in El Dorado County, California for voters in the Lake Tahoe Unified School District, where it was approved.

To pass, it needed a supermajority vote of 55% of those voting in the election.

Measure G authorized a $64.5 million bond.

  • Yes: 6,715 votes, or 59.42% Approved
  • No: 4,586 votes, or 40.58%

Prior to Measure G, the Lake Tahoe school board put Measure A on the June 3, 2008 ballot. Measure A asked for $87 million, and it was unsuccessful, with 52% of the vote (needing 55% to pass).
