A Lake Township Police Tax Levy question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Wood County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the Township of Lake to impose a replacement tax levy of 1.4 mills ($1.4 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for a continuing period of time in order to fun police protection services in the unincorporated areas of the Township.[1]
