A Lake Township Road Levy Renewal measure was on the March 6, 2012 ballot in the township of Lake which is in Ashland County.

The measure was approved

YES: 76 (71.70%) a
NO: 30 (28.30%)^[1]

This measure sought to renew the current road levy which was set at a rate of 1.5 mills for a further five years in order to continue to pay for road maintenance costs in the township.^[2]
