A Lakemore Village Fire Levy Implementation measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the village of Lakemore, which is in Summit County.

This measure was approved

  • YES 510 (62.35%) Approveda
  • NO 308 (37.65%)[1]

This measure sought to implement a new levy of 2.5 mills for a period of five years in order to help pay for emergency services in the village. Some issued concerns that the money will be used to fund other village services that may be cut, but village councilors stated that the money will only be used to help pay for fire and emergency services.[2]
