Lakeshire and St. John City Property Tax Increase (April 2010)

Two Lakeshire and St. John City Property Tax Increase measures were on the April 6, 2010 ballot in the two cities which are in St. Louis Counties.

The Lakeshire tax increase measure sought to raise property taxes in the city by 29.9 cents for residential property and 33.7 cents for commercial property per $100 of assessed value.

The St. John tax measure sought to raise property taxes by $1.00 per month in order to help with repairing shut off valves in residential areas within the city.[2]
