November 4, 2008 ballot for voters in the Lakeside Union Elementary School District in San Diego County, California, where it was approved.
Proposition V authorized the school district to borrow $79.55 million.
A 55% supermajority vote was required for approval.
Lakeside last passed a bond measure in the 1950s. The district had about 3,700 students in 2008.[1]
