Lance Kinzer is a Republican member of the Kansas House of Representatives, representing the 14th district. He has served since July 27, 2004.

Lancer, who attended Wheaton College and the University of Kansas School of Law, is currently a partner in the law firm Schlagel, Gordon & Kinzer, LLC.

Prior to his election to the House, he served as Chairman of the Olathe Republican Party (2001-2004) and as Regional Director of Sam Brownback's 2004 campaign.[1]

He has been married to his wife Michelle for 12 years and they have two children.
