Larcenia Bullard (b. July 21, 1947) is a former Democratic member of the Florida State Senate, representing 39 from 2002 to 2012. Florida term limits disqualify Bullard from re-election in 2012.

Bullard served in the Florida State House of Representatives from 1992 to 2000.

Bullard is a former Teacher/Administrator. She is currently an Educational Consultant and Community Activist.

Bullard earned her AA from Temple University in 1968. She went on to receive her BA from Antioch University in 1971. She then earned her MS from Nova University in 1991.
