Larry Dixon is a Republican member of the Alabama Senate, representing the 25th District since 1983. Previously he was a member of the Alabama House of Representatives from 1978 through 1982 and a member of Montgomery City Council from 1975-1978. He received a B.S. and an M.A. in History from Washington State University.
