Larry Glenn (b. July 7, 1947) is a Democratic member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives. He has represented the 7th District since 2004 and currently serves as State House Assistant Minority Floor Leader.

Glenn currently serves as the Ottawa County Undersheriff. He worked for the Goodrich Tire Company from 1970 to 1986, and was a sergeant in the United States Air Force from 1966 to 1970. He and his wife, Janet, have four children: Scott, Keith, Courtney and Benn.
