Biography
Marvin was born and raised in Nebraska and served in the U.S. Air Force. He is a property taxpayer in Brown, Cuming and Dodge counties.[2]

Marvin ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. Senate, representing Nebraska. He was seeking the nomination on the Democratic ticket, but he was defeated by Bob Kerrey in the May 15, 2012 primary. [3]
