Larry Youngblood was a 2012 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. House representing the 8th Congressional District of Texas.[1]

Biography

Youngblood earned his B.S. in Physics from Texas A&M University in 1971. He has worked in a number of positions, including teacher, programmer, analyst, sales and consulting, and business owner.[2]

Youngblood ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House, representing Texas' 8th District. He was defeated by incumbent Kevin Brady in the Republican primary on May 29, 2012.[3][4]

Personal

Youngblood and his wife, Marie, have two children.[2]
