Laurie City Out-Of-State Use Tax Question (April 2013)
If approved, this measure would have authorized the City of Laurie to impose a use tax to be filed by all persons who make over $2,000 in out of state purchases per year. This tax would be at the same rate as the local sales tax of 2% and would change as the sales tax changed.
