Biography
An attorney by trade, Brenner worked in private practice as well as in supervisory and attorney positions with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). He was then appointed as a judge for the U.S. Department of Labor and NRC. Brenner also served as an administrative law judge and the Deputy Chief Administrative Law Judge for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.[1]
