The question on the ballot:

n Additional tax for the benefit of the Lawrence County Joint Vocational School District (also known as Collins Career Center), Counties of Lawrence and Gallia, Ohio, for the purpose of IMPROVEMENTS, RENOVATIONS AND ADDITIONS TO SCHOOL FACILITIES, AND PROVIDING EQUIPMENT, FURNISHINGS AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS THEREFOR, at the rate not exceeding one-half (0.5) mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to five cents ($0.05) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a period of five (5) years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.[3]
