The question on the ballot:

The Board of the Lewis County Fire Protection District No. 9 adopted Resolution No. 11-6 providing for an EMS levy. Shall Lewis County Fire Protection District No. 9 be authorized to impose a regular property tax levy of up to fifty (50) cents per thousand of assessed valuation for each of six consecutive years to maintain emergency medical services, with collection beginning in 2013?[3]
