Two Lewis Township Fire & Street Levy Measures were on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the township of Lewis which is in Brown County.

The first measure sought to replace the current fire levy with one set at a rate of .5 mills for a period of five years in order to further pay for fire protection and ambulance services in the township.
