A Liberty Township Fire Services Tax Levy question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Henry County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the township of Liberty to increase property taxes by 0.5 mills ($0.5 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for a continuing period of time in order to fund fire protection services.[1]
